Withdrawal form

This form allows you to submit an online request concerning your right of withdrawal.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable products such as fresh flowers or floral arrangements made specifically at the customer's request.

However, when the requested delivery date is more than 2 days after your withdrawal request, it may be reviewed by our team, provided that the floral arrangement has not yet been prepared by our florist.
